Pricing questions, answered
When does the 14-day trial start?
When you connect your first Fanvue creator, not when you create the account. You can sign up, look around, and start the clock only once there is real data in Pulse.
What counts as a connected creator?
A Fanvue creator account linked to Pulse through the official OAuth flow. Billing counts creators connected during the calendar month - team members, chatter seats, and admin users are free and unlimited.
How do payments work?
Pulse runs on a prepaid balance: the monthly per-creator fee is drawn from it. During early access we handle top-ups personally - there is no card on file and nothing charges automatically beyond your balance.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Nothing dramatic. You get a 7-day grace period with sync running as normal. After that, syncing pauses until you top up - your data, history, and settings are never deleted.
Do you do custom deals for large rosters?
Yes. Agencies with 20+ creators get custom per-creator pricing - mention your roster size when you join the waitlist and we will set it up during onboarding.
